quote or comments, and or suggestions. We do our best to reply
within 48 hours. The best way for contact is via email but we are
available by phone Eastern Time from 9 am to 5:30 pm M-F.
If there is not answer please leave a message and phone number as I
am sometimes out to the work shop but not gone long.
Terms ( see also Service/Policy page)
We require a 50% deposit when an order is placed, the balance being
due upon completion and prior to shipping. Any changes made after
your deposit has been made, could result in additional charges. If for
some reason during the building process you change your mind on the
piece you have ordered, your deposit will be applied to another custom
piece. We do not offer refunds once a deposit has been made,
exchanges only. Orders are processed by a first come first serve basis.
So don't be surprised if we tell you it will take a few months to a year to
complete your order, depending on our current client project list at your
time of ordering and other unforeseen variables.
