1. The platform is 13 inches from the floor. This is where the
mattress sits.
2. The clearance from the floor to the bottom edge of the side rails
is 8.5 inches this is our standard for the platform bed. We do,
however, make adjustments to these upon request.
3. The headboard for the Simplicity platform bed is 28 inches high.
4. Just add the measurement of your mattress to the platform height
to get the overall height of the platform bed. (e.g. 12 inch mattress
will make the bed height 25 inches off the floor ) King platform,
queen platform, full platform, twin platform and twin extra long
platform beds are all available.

| Staining for the Cottage style is $65.00 -Painting is $115.00 (Primed and sanded 3 times before painting) Extra slats for our pine bed are Extra Slats: $55.00 -75.00 depending on size of bed. Extra Slats only needed for Memory Foam Mattress or air beds. |
