I got the bed today and finally got it assembled. It is beautiful! The
perfect simple style to fit in with the rest of my antique
farmhouse-style furniture. I am also really glad I let you guys stain
it... it would have been a big pain to do by myself!
Please tell Petteri how pleased I am with it :-)

Joan and I received the bed yesterday and I assembled it last night. In
one of our phone conversations I mentioned that I have done quite a
bit of cabinet making, mostly in hardwoods with some fairly
sophisticated joinery. (When I moved to Manhattan, I sadly put my
tools into storage). I have designed and built a number of pieces for
my home and for others and I consider myself quite skilled and
knowledgeable on the subject.
So, imagine how thrilled I was when I opened the boxes and saw the
high quality of the wood, hardware and craftsmanship, the crispness of
the work and the extremely high quality of the finish... a beautifully
executed design and a joy to assemble. Thank you so much for a
beautiful bed....if I had another bedroom I'd order another one....

Hi Junie,
The kids and I just got back from vacation yesterday and there was a
large package on our living room floor. We knew what it was but were
so surprised at how beautiful it is!! The maple wood in gorgeous with
it's color intense variation in color! My husband is out of town but the
kids and I are going to put it together today.
Thank you so much for the beautiful bed. It is exactly what we
wanted!!

Dear Junie and Petteri,
thank you very much for the new bed. The bed came out very well. My
husband put it together this last weekend while I took the kids to a
birthday party. He said that it was very easy to put together. Now I
can use the space underneath for some badly needed storage (we live
in a 1000 ft condo with two kids and very little storage space). If I
ever get around to making a dust ruffle for it, I'll take a picture and
send it to you. Thank you again for such a nice king bed frame.

Junie and Petteri,
I am a little overdue in sending pictures of the Bookcase Headboard
that you made for Mom. It is absolutely beautiful and Mom (and
Rockwell, the Golden Retriever) is absolutely thrilled with it. The wood
and stain color are beautiful. Above all, the craftsmanship is superior.
The doors slide like butter and overall, the piece is so smooth and so
well constructed. Thank you. You truly have provided our family with
heirloom for many generations to come.

First, let me tell you how happy I am with my new bed. Yesterday I
finished assembling the bookcase and drawers. It is just what I
wanted, a beautiful and functional bed which is built to last! The
spacious under bed drawers are wonderfully spacious, and the
bookcase adds even more versatility.
Having the bed made in Cherry wood was the right choice, as the clean
lines of the bed compliment the richness of color and the grain of this
fine hardwood. Excellent work Petteri! Thank you.

I just wanted to let you know that I finally had a chance to open up the
3 boxes and set up my bed this morning. I am thrilled with it! It is
absolutely beautiful, I was able to set it up by myself without any
problems whatsoever, and it is just perfect - absolutely worth the wait!
Thank you so much for taking my idea and a picture and making me a
wonderful, solid, Mission-style platform bed, that I can easily set up
and take down myself. I'm still not "settled" in my life, and will
probably be moving again either this year or next - and it's amazing for
me to be able to look at this beautiful bed and know that I can
disassemble it and take it with me easily the next time I have to move!

system!. I'm trying it without the box spring. I like the look much better

The rest of the bed was delivered this morning by a huge semi-truck! I
was so excited - I cannot tell you!!
I put this wonderful bed together in less than half an hour - single
handedly! Since I live so far from any neighbor who could help hold the
bed while I attached the headboard and foot board to the side rails, I
simply turned the bed upside down! I cannot tell you how easy it was.
Petteri's directions are so simple and easy to follow. At first I thought,
oh, dear, no diagrams.... but I didn't need any pictures to follow the
instructions. Then, joy of all joys, the pieces smoothly came together.
Everything fit absolutely perfectly! Such simple elegance.
I just love the bed - the color, the height (thanks for putting the taller
legs on for me), the grain of the wood... everything! As I was putting it
together I often admired Petteri's fine touches... his art.

A grand total of ONLY 20 minutes to:
1. Open the 2 boxes
2. Take out all the items
3. Read the instructions
4. Put together the entire bed frame
5. Remove the empty boxes
6. Open the Temper Medic mattress box
7. Removed the mattress from the box
8. Carry the Queen size mattress from the porch
up the stairs to the 2nd floor
9. Put the mattress on the bed frame
10. Sit down and admire the bed/mattress
And would you believe the hardest part was carrying the Tempur Pedic
Mattress up the stairs to the 2nd floor? It's true.
I must tell you this whole experience of buying the bed frame from you
has been a complete and total pleasure.
I want to thank you soooo much for your PATIENCE in working with me
with the extras I requested and you worked with me on (i.e. extra slats,
leg length, shipping details and most importantly the appropriate color
stain). When you told me you wanted to go to a local furniture store to
check the precise color of the Broyhill Attic Heirlooms furniture I had to
be able to match the color, I was extremely, extremely impressed.
From your feedback I knew you were trustworthy, but when you told me
you were going to a local store for color check, that just was icing on the
cake.
I wanted to leave feedback for you, but I guess I bought it from you
offline as I don't have an option to leave feedback for you.
