Here is the trundle bed or another way to have a storage bed. The

The trundle bed is made of solid wood. The lower trundle unit slides
out for use as an extra bed or for storage. (extra slats can be ordered
for a solid bottom if you want to use it for storage.) This enables
children to use as a toy storage box and later use the lower trundle as
an extra bed. The trundle bed is great and practical for any room.
